What Lumirank collects, which cookies we set, and how to change your mind.
This policy covers the marketing site at lumirank.ai and the Lumirank dashboard at app.lumirank.ai. Both are run by Lumirank.
Cookies on this site #
lumirank.ai sets two cookies, and only one of them without asking.

lr_consent stores one word, granted or denied. It is what stops the
banner asking again, so it is set whichever way you answer. It holds no
identifier and is not shared with anyone.
The Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. If you are in a country where we ask first, nothing loads from Google until you click Accept. Decline and no request reaches Google at all.
Cookies in the dashboard #
The dashboard needs cookies to sign you in and keep you signed in. Those are set whenever you log in, because the product does not work without them, and they are not covered by the banner. Rejecting analytics does not sign you out.
The dashboard also measures product usage, which pages get opened and which
features get used. That measurement follows the same choice you made here:
lr_consent is readable across lumirank.ai and app.lumirank.ai, so one answer
covers both.
What Google Analytics collects #
When analytics is on, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you open, roughly where you are (city level, from your IP address), your browser and device type, and how you arrived, such as a search or a link. Google receives this data as our processor. We do not use it for advertising, and Google Signals is off.
We do not upload email addresses or account identifiers to Google, so the analytics data is not linked to your Lumirank account.
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Changing your mind #
Use Cookie Settings in the footer of any page on this site. The banner reopens and your new answer replaces the old one.
You can also clear cookies in your browser, which erases both the analytics cookies and the record of your choice. The banner then asks again on your next visit if you are in a country where we ask.
Where we ask first #
We show the cookie banner to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where consent is required before analytics cookies may be set. We work out the country from the network connection, not from anything stored about you. If we cannot work it out, we show the banner and set nothing.
Account data #
If you hold a Lumirank account, we store the details you gave us to run it: your name, email address, the brands and prompts you track, and the results we generate for you. We keep it for as long as the account is open and delete it after the account closes.
Your rights #
If you are in the EEA or the UK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
